Tomato Seaweed Egg Soup

Cross the tomatoes with a knife and scald them in boiling water to pick up and peel them;

Chop the peeled tomatoes;

Chopped green onions;

Put the egg shells into a bowl and beat them up for later use;

Wash seaweed in soaking water;
6.
Pour water into the soup pot, add ginger shreds and boil;

Put seaweed

Pour the chopped tomatoes into the pot;
9.
Pour the egg mixture into the boiling soup pot and stir gently;
10.
Add salt and chicken essence;
11.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat.
