Tomato Seaweed Egg Soup

1. Cross the tomatoes with a knife and scald them in boiling water to pick up and peel them;

2. Chop the peeled tomatoes;

3. Chopped green onions;

4. Put the egg shells into a bowl and beat them up for later use;

5. Wash seaweed in soaking water;

6. Pour water into the soup pot, add ginger shreds and boil;

7. Put seaweed

8. Pour the chopped tomatoes into the pot;

9. Pour the egg mixture into the boiling soup pot and stir gently;

10. Add salt and chicken essence;

11. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat.
