Tomato Seaweed Soup

Wash the kelp with blisters and cut into small pieces.

Wash the mushrooms and black fungus with blisters, cut the mushrooms into strips, and tear the black fungus into small flowers for later use.

Peel and slice tomatoes, chop green onion and ginger for later use.

Heat the wok, pour in cooking oil, add green onion and ginger and stir fragrant.

Add tomato slices and fry into a paste.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

After the water is boiled, add the kelp, fungus, and mushrooms to a boil, then change the heat to a low heat and cook for half an hour.

Add sesame oil, salt, and MSG to taste.
Tips:
Tomatoes need to be fried until they are juiced and have a paste-like taste.
