Tomato Shrimp

Remove the head, shell and tail of the fresh shrimp, remove the shrimp string and shrimp intestines, make shrimps, wash them, and wipe dry.

Add egg white, rice wine, and starch to the shrimp, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Mash the garlic and ginger into juice.

Add appropriate amount of salt and magic kitchen stock to taste before starting the pot.

Lift the pot into a plate or tomato cup and serve.
Tips:
If there is no magic kitchen stock, you can use chicken essence or chicken powder, of course, you can leave it alone.
