Tomato Shrimp Balls

1. Head and peel the prawns, salt them with lemon to remove the fishy smell.

2. Pour shrimp meat, egg white, walnut oil, and a small amount of starch into the mixer to make a puree.

3. Use two spoons to make a prawn ball, put it in the pot and cook and remove it for later use.
