Tomato Shrimp Balls

Wash the shrimps and control water.

Put it in a meat grinder and stir into shrimp paste.

Add egg white and starch to the shrimp paste.

Stir well and stir until the chopsticks can stand upright in the shrimp paste.

Add water to the pot, squeeze the balls one by one, and float them up.

Served with two bowls of sauce, add oil-consuming soy sauce, cooking wine, ketchup, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame oil. Add water to another bowl of starch.

Add bottom oil to the pot.

Pour the first bowl of sauce.

After the sauce is boiled, add the shrimp balls and stir fry. Add appropriate amount of water, starch, garlic, and continue to stir fry.

Sprinkle coriander and serve.
