Tomato Sirloin
1.
After washing the sirloin, put cold water into the pot and boil for 5 minutes. This step can remove the blood water and make the beef not fishy.
2.
Take it out and wash the foam with warm water and cut it into small cubes. It will be more convenient for younger children and the cooking time will be saved a lot.
3.
Next, start processing the sirloin, add the ginger slices in a hot pan and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Pour the sirloin and stir-fry over high heat, add black pepper and oregano and stir-fry evenly, then you can smell the aroma.
5.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly. When it is fully colored and fragrant, it can be transferred into the saucepan.
6.
Transfer to a saucepan and add a bowl of water to boil and simmer for 40 minutes. The smell is really super fragrant.
7.
Finally, put the small pieces of tomatoes into the pot and simmer for 15 minutes. I usually like to cook with the tomato skin, because the tomato skin contains the highest lycopene content. You can just remove it after cooking, so that it won’t waste.
