Tomato Stewed Tofu

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces

Prepare green peppers, garlic and ginger

Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic, ginger, tofu and fry in the pan. Keep the tofu on a low heat when frying. Don’t turn it back and forth when frying the tofu. Wait until one side is golden and fry the other side. Keep the heat on low.

Fry the tofu on one side and then turn the other side

The tofu is fried until golden on both sides and put on a plate for later use; if you like to eat pan-fried tofu, sprinkle with salt and pepper to make a pan-fried tofu with salt and pepper.

Put tomatoes in the pot and stir fry for a while

After the tomatoes are soft, add half a bowl of cold water, add tofu, add sugar and simmer for about five minutes.

When the moisture is almost dry, add salt, light soy sauce, and seasoning with oil-consuming green peppers. Collect the juice over high heat.
