Tonkatsu

Cut the pork loin into 5mm thick slices.

Use a meat hammer to loosen the meat on both sides.

Add cooking wine and ginger.

Add black pepper.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and soy sauce.

Beat in a quail egg.

Stir well and let marinate in the refrigerator for one day.

Prepare a small half-rice bowl of fried powder.

Add two spoons of water to make a paste.

Put the marinated tenderloin in the fried batter and smash it.

Take another small dish and pour in the right amount of breadcrumbs.

Put the starched tenderloin on the breadcrumbs and coat it with breadcrumbs evenly.

Press down slightly to make the bread crumbs stick firmly.

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a non-stick pan and heat until 70% to 80% hot.
