Tonkatsu

1. Cut the pork loin into 5mm thick slices.

2. Use a meat hammer to loosen the meat on both sides.

3. Add cooking wine and ginger.

4. Add black pepper.

5. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and soy sauce.

6. Beat in a quail egg.

7. Stir well and let marinate in the refrigerator for one day.

8. Prepare a small half-rice bowl of fried powder.

10. Put the marinated tenderloin in the fried batter and smash it.
