Tonkatsu

Cut the pork loin into slices half a centimeter thick.

Use the back of a knife to loosen the meat slices, put a proper amount of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Dip the marinated meat slices with dry starch.

Wrap the egg liquid again.

Wrap in the egg liquid and then breadcrumbs.

After everything is done, add oil to the pot, heat up to 70% heat and add the meat slices one by one.

Fry on medium and small fire until golden on both sides and remove the oil control.

The fried pork chops are cut in the middle and placed on the plate, and topped with tomato sauce.
