Toon Shortbread

Wash the toon and blanch it with water.

Wake up with cold water and noodles for 1 hour. The oil is boiled and poured into flour to make shortbread. Mince the toon and set aside.

Roll the dough into thin slices and spread the shortbread. A pinch of salt.

Sprinkle the toon powder on top. A pinch of pepper

Roll up.
6.
Roll up again.
7.
Roll into pancakes.
8.
Heat a non-stick pan, add a little peanut oil, and put in the cake.

Burn slowly with a small fire.

Seared until golden on both sides.

Serve on a plate, crispy and delicious.
Tips:
Baked biscuits in shortbread are particularly crispy.
