Make a toon shortbread that my mother loves.

Toon Shortbread

1. Wash the toon and blanch it with water.

2. Wake up with cold water and noodles for 1 hour. The oil is boiled and poured into flour to make shortbread. Mince the toon and set aside.

3. Roll the dough into thin slices and spread the shortbread. A pinch of salt.

4. Sprinkle the toon powder on top. A pinch of pepper

5. Roll up.

6. Roll up again.

7. Roll into pancakes.

8. Heat a non-stick pan, add a little peanut oil, and put in the cake.

9. Burn slowly with a small fire.

10. Seared until golden on both sides.

11. Serve on a plate, crispy and delicious.

Tips:

Baked biscuits in shortbread are particularly crispy.
