#春食野菜香# Toon with Nuts

Prepare the required raw materials.

Put clean water in the wok, boil, add the washed toon to blanch water. Drain and cut for later use.

Put the peanuts in the cool oil in the wok and stir fry. When the oil is hot, the peanuts will become darker in color and fragrant, and you can use a colander to remove them.

The oil of the fried peanuts is heated again to 8 minutes hot, half of which is poured into the bowl with the chili flakes and sesame seeds to become the sesame chili oil, which enhances the flavor of the cold salad.
