Toothpick Beef

Smash the garlic.

Put the garlic in a large bowl, add soy sauce, cumin powder, chili chips, chili sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil and a pinch of salt.

Beef chooses beef toe or shoulder. I used two, but still prefer beef toe meat. Cut long slices.

Put the beef into the seasoning.

Grab evenly. Be sure to grab the beef until it feels sticky to taste good. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 2 hours.

Take out the marinated beef and use a toothpick to dress the beef like a garment.

Wear all the beef one by one. Keep the garlic.

Chop the green onion. Prepare the peppercorns.

Put oil in the pot.

Add all the beef.

Fry the beef over medium heat and remove it temporarily.

Add the remaining oil in the pot, pepper, freshly marinated garlic, white sesame seeds, and small peppers. Stir fragrant.

Add beef.

Stir well.
15.
Add chopped green onion.

Add a tablespoon of red oil.

Just mix well.
