Toothpick Lamb

Cut lamb into large pieces.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, peanut oil, diced onion and mix well.

Scratch well and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.

Soak the toothpicks in water first to prevent heavy staining. Just half an hour in advance, it is not baked in the oven, and it usually won't batter.

After the lamb is marinated, pick out the onions and place them on the bottom of the frying basket.

Skewer one or two pieces of lamb with a toothpick.

Turn on the fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle cooked sesame seeds on a plate and serve.
Tips:
The meat can be replaced with beef, chicken, pork head, each has its own unique taste, and there is no failure.
Don't add seasonings that are too salty, as they will lose the fresh aroma of lamb.
