Toothpick meat is similar to a reduced version of grilled skewers in a barbecue shop, except that the preparation methods are different, one is grilled, the other is fried, and the taste is similar.

1. Ingredients

2. Tenderloin cut into strips

3. Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, sugar, starch, cumin powder, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes, mince green onion, ginger and garlic

4. Put the meat strips on the toothpicks
