The tofu puffs sold in supermarkets are all packaged. There are many unpacked boxes, and you can hardly finish a meal. So these days, they have changed their way to deal with them. Because its size is much smaller than ordinary tofu bubble, Yongtofu is not suitable. It is very convenient to make soup or side dishes. Cutting or whole cooking will not affect the taste. Cantonese people also like to have a plate of tofu in winter when they eat hot pot. The main ingredients of hot pot are almost the same. When the soup is thick, put it in the tofu bubble and cook for a while, then the tofu bubble absorbs the essence of the whole soup. One bite down, the hot soup is sweet and enjoyable. The method of serving enoki mushrooms in soup is a bit like eating hot pot. When many people eat, you can add a variety of ingredients to cook together. "
