Top Soup Enoki Mushroom

Ingredients: enoki mushrooms, tofu puffs, thin pork, wash and shred, add a little salt, soy sauce, chicken powder, starch, stir evenly, and marinate for a while.

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, scatter them and soak them in clean water for a while.

Clean, remove and drain the water.

Wash the tofu soak and slice.

Peel and remove dried onions, wash and pat flat.

Heat up a pan, add a proper amount of oil, add the shallots and sauté.

Pour in the marinated shredded pork and stir fry until white.

Pour the enoki mushrooms and stir fry for a while.

Add about half a bowl of water (add according to the amount of ingredients)

Pour in tofu bubble slices.

Cover the pot and simmer for about 3 minutes

Adjust the salt.

Add chicken noodles (chicken bouillon)

Add a little pepper and stir fry evenly.

Tips:
Flammulina velutipes is easy to be cooked thoroughly, so do not cook for too long. Cut off the head as much as possible when handling enoki mushrooms. The enoki mushrooms cooked in this way are tender, smooth and crispy.
