Top Soup Pea Sprouts

Ingredients: pea sprouts. Accessories: pork loin, preserved eggs. Seasoning: garlic ginger, stock, salt, water starch.

Wash pea sprouts, peel and dice preserved eggs, and chop pork loin into dice.

Add a little salt, pepper, and water starch to the diced tenderloin, stir well and set aside.
