Tortoise Egg Soft Egg Roll
1.
Look, the tortoise eggs I bought are indeed not big. It is said that the turtle eggs are smaller than the tortoise eggs!
2.
The shell of the tortoise egg is a bit hard, and it feels similar to a quail egg. My egg-opening ability is weak, and only 3 complete eggs are opened! Put the white flour, tortoise eggs, xylitol, olive oil, salt, and baking soda in a basin.
3.
Add black and white sesame seeds and an appropriate amount of cold water, and stir well. If you like to eat pancakes, you can make the batter thinner.
4.
You can use a non-stick pan and put olive oil in the noodles! Heat a pot on a low heat, pour the batter, and watch the batter change its color, then you can turn it over!
5.
Spread the baked noodles on a plate and roll them quickly. It may feel hot, but there is really no way. Once the noodles are cold, they won't roll!
6.
As shown in the picture, the tortoise egg pie is ready. The taste is much more fragrant than the egg. I am fortunate that I didn't put a lot of oil in, or it should be greasy!
Tips:
The tortoise eggs are not very well preserved. It is recommended to use them as vegetarian food. Because of the low cholesterol content, the egg whites of the cooked tortoise eggs are milky.
I usually use turtle eggs to make egg drop soup!
