Tossed Cucumber

Peel the cucumber and remove shredded stewed tofu.

Shred the cucumber.

Marinate the cucumbers with salt for 3 minutes.

Add braised tofu shreds, vinegar, garlic, coriander, soy sauce, sesame oil, and stir well.

If you like it spicy, add some spicy oil to make it more delicious.
Tips:
