This dish is salty, spicy, refreshing and very delicious.

Tossed Potato Shreds

1. Wash potatoes and peel

2. Shred and soak in cold water

3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and blanch potato shreds. Zhuo Duansheng fished out.

Tips:
