Tips:
1. Dried radishes are harder because they have no moisture. They must be soaked before eating. The soaking time should not be too long, otherwise the radishes will lose their chewiness, and they must be soaked in cold water instead of hot water.
2. Dried radish itself has a salty taste, so the amount of salt should be added as appropriate, too much will be salty, too weak and tasteless, you can taste it after soaking, and add salt according to the actual situation.
3. Don't use too much soy sauce, mainly to add freshness. Too much will make the radish too dark and the soy sauce too strong.
4. The mixed radishes can be eaten directly, but they need to be sealed and placed in the refrigerator. Each time they are picked out with clean chopsticks, they can be stored for about 10 days.
