Transparent Siu Mai

Vietnamese spring roll wrappers (available in a certain treasure)

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stems

Chicken diced

Wash glutinous rice, add diced ham, mix in soy sauce, mix well and steam.

Wash coriander and boil it in boiling water
