Tree Pepper Potato Shreds

Chop the onion or minced garlic, and shred the tree pepper. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

Wash the potato shreds with cold water three times to get the starch.

Heat a tablespoon of oil, add shredded chili, chopped green onion, and a little pepper powder in a pot, then add shredded potatoes, stir fry quickly over high heat, and add a little vinegar.

Put the garlic sprouts out of the pot when the potato shreds are broken.
Tips:
The potato shreds are more crispy after adding vinegar.
