Tremella Chrysanthemum Syrup

Soak the white fungus for three or four hours, changing the water two or three times in between;

Soaked white fungus, peel off the pedicles and tear small flowers
4.
Put 4 bowls of water in a pot and bring to a boil, add the white fungus and chrysanthemum, turn high heat to low heat and cook for 15 minutes;
5.
Then add a piece of sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
