Tremella, Lotus Seed, Lily and Millet Porridge

The white fungus is soaked, and the stalk is torn into small flowers

Wash dried lotus seeds and soak in warm water for 1 hour

Tips:
1. If you choose fresh lotus seeds and lilies, you don't need to soak them;
2. According to your own preferences, you can leave out rock candy;
3. You can use a pressure cooker or a stew pot to cook.
