Prepare the required materials, wash the white fungus, soak it in boiling water for 30 minutes, cut it with scissors, and also wash the lily, wolfberry and red dates!

Put the right amount of water in the electric pressure cooker and add the right amount of rock sugar. If you like to drink thicker, you can reduce the amount of water appropriately. I put almost 3000ml of water and press it in the pressure cooker for 40-60 minutes.

Tips:
If you don't have a pressure cooker, use an ordinary casserole to stew on low heat, and it will take 3-4 hours to simmer until it becomes soft and delicious!
