Tips:
1. Because our family doesn't like to eat lotus seeds and lilies, we didn't add them. You can add them if you like them.
2. Soaking white fungus in an airtight container is my grandma's secret recipe, so that the white fungus is easier to boil out of the gum during the subsequent stewing process, and it will have a silky effect at the end.
3. There is no old rock sugar, you can use rock sugar or white sugar instead, but the old rock sugar is the best, rock sugar is second, and white sugar is the second best.
