1. Peel and wash the eggplant and potatoes, homemade cooked pork knuckle, 1 small piece.

2. Cut the eggplant and potatoes into strips and steam them.

3. Wash the beans and blanch them in water, rinse with cold water and drain.

4. Mince the beans, and mince the lean meat for the elbow.

5. Grate the carrots and finely chop.

7. Press the steamed eggplant and potatoes into a puree.

8. Add the ground beans and the 6 carrots that have been fried.
