Triangle Dumplings

Wash the carrots, horseshoes and potatoes, and cut them into fine granules. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into fine granules, then mix them with the minced pork;

Pour oil in the hot pan, sauté, then pour the fillings and stir-fry for a while, add salt, sugar, chicken powder, cornstarch, light soy sauce, stir-fry fully, put it in a bowl and set aside;

Prepare dumpling wrappers;

Just pinch it into a triangle;

Then put the kneaded dumplings on the steaming rack lined with gauze;

Cover and steam for 20 minutes;

Move to another dish and let it cool before serving.
