Tips:
1. The tripe should be blanched quickly. After the tripe is curled in the pot, it must be picked up so as to keep the ingredients fresh and tender;
2. After adding the enoki mushrooms, just boil them. If they boil for a long time, they will lose their original flavor. Try the flavor before adding salt to the bean paste.
