The swimming crabs are cleaned and cut into pieces

Prepare eggs, white wine, lemon steamed fish soy sauce, ginger, shallots

Add green onions to the crab cubes, mix well with ginger and white wine, and marinate for a while

Knock the eggs into a bowl and mix well
5.
Add half of the green onions and ginger to the bottom of the bowl

Then add the crab cubes upside down and add the remaining green onion and ginger

Pour the egg liquid along the side of the bowl

Cover and steam in a pot on cold water for 12 minutes

Then add lemon steamed fish soy sauce and turn off the heat (you can use fresh soy sauce or steamed fish soy sauce)
10.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
1. When steaming, fill the crab upside down, and it will taste more delicious after being fused with the egg liquid
2. Seafood originally has a salty taste, so don’t add salt if you add lemon steamed fish soy sauce
