Soak kelp in water in advance, add some white vinegar to the water, soak it softly, wash and cut into shreds

Put the water and white vinegar into the pot, boil the water and drain the water for later use

Tips:
In fact, the name of the product I bought is kelp, but the material says fresh kelp, so I don’t know the difference between kelp and kelp. It tastes like kelp anyway.
