#trust之美# Fried Pork with Winter Bamboo Shoots

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Separate the fat part from the thin part and cut into slices.

3. Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic. Cut the pepper into sections.

4. Cut the bamboo shoots and carrots into thin slices.

5. Put the bamboo shoots in hot water to boil.

6. Put the fat part in the pan to fry out the oil. Remove the fat.

7. Add pork belly and fry until golden brown and oily. Pour out the excess oil and leave a tablespoon in the pot. Then add tempeh and carrots and stir fry.

8. Add green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili to fry until fragrant. Add a little light soy sauce.

9. Finally, add bamboo shoots and stir-fry.

Tips:

If you like to eat softer meat, add a bowl of water to the pot to boil the meat, boil the water dry, and then stir-fry the bamboo shoots.
