Wash and shred the colored peppers.

Cut the green onion and garlic and set aside.

The rice cake strips are cooked soft.

Heat oil in a pan, add shallots and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add colored peppers and stir fry.

Stir fry with very fresh soy sauce.

Add rice cake strips and stir fry. If it is too dry, pour a small amount of boiling water along the side of the pan and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the colored peppers are broken, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
The nian gao niao strips are originally cooked, so they are boiled in a pot and then drained.
