Prepare 150 grams of cashew nuts. (You can substitute peanuts without cashews)

Take a small bowl and add 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and mix evenly into a fragrant sauce.

Don't pour out the base oil of the cashew nuts in the pan. Add garlic and dried chilies to fragrant, then add the diced meat and stir-fry until half cooked.

Tips:
Because my son doesn't eat garlic, I omitted garlic. You can also add a few slices of ginger and stir fry together.
