Soak the mushrooms 5 hours in advance, cut the green onions into sections, and slice the ginger.

Put the chicken in the pot and boil and turn off the heat. I will blanch it.

After blanching the water, remove it and put it in an electric pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, add ginger and green onions, and start boiling the soup

After the soup is cooked, add some water to taste, but it is still not recommended to use a pressure cooker to make chicken soup. I want to say that some soups really need time to simmer before they are delicious. I have tried two Methods, one is a stew pot and an electric pressure cooker, the conclusion is that the electric pressure cooker is not as good as the stew pot, like my pork belly stewed with taro, the vegetable pot stew is not as delicious as the electric pressure cooker, and it feels like us I have the same appetite, so I need to prescribe the right medicine ^_^^_^
