Since I like to bake, I have made French baguette several times. Although the ingredients are very simple and the variety of ingredients is not very complicated, they are not very successful. There are always one kind of dissatisfaction. I can't think of any reason. This time I watched a lot of videos and referenced many recipes, and finally made a successful baguette. I think this is to build a kind of trust between the baker and the ingredients, send a signal, and pour into all love With patience, your efforts will always pay off. ~The Beauty of Trust"

1. Put all the ingredients into the cook machine and knead the dough for about 20 minutes at level 1. (Knead out the film)

2. This is the effect after kneading the dough for 20 minutes. The dough is very moisturized.

3. Take out the dough and place it in a bowl for fermentation. (At this time, the temperature of the dough is 12 degrees, and the ambient temperature in my home is 17 degrees)

4. After the dough has been relaxed for 2 hours, divide the dough into 4 parts (my grinding tool can hold 3 French sticks, and I will try to divide it into 3 parts next time, so that it can be baked at once). Shaping is olive-shaped, and after proofing for 40 minutes.

5. Stretch the dough slightly to the size of the mold, fold the two sides toward the middle, pinch the joints tightly, and round gently to keep the air inside as far as possible. The final wake-up is thirty minutes.

6. Sift the flour on the baguette and cut with a sharp blade.

7. Put the baguette in the oven and bake at 240 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour a cup of cold water into the slag tray at the bottom of the oven to create steam.

8. It's out, you can enjoy it.

9. The internal organization is also good, there are big holes...

Tips:

When shaping the baguette, try not to remove the air from the dough.
