I made ordinary bean paste buns into Kitty cats. She is so cute and well-behaved that she can't bear her mouth when she eats."

1. Mix all the ingredients except strawberry powder, pumpkin powder, and bamboo charcoal powder, and knead into a smooth dough. Wake up for 5 minutes.

2. Separate three small pieces of dough, add strawberry powder, pumpkin powder and bamboo charcoal powder, and knead them to form red, yellow, and black doughs.

3. Divide the large white dough into appropriate ingredients.

4. Knead round and squash, roll into a round piece, and cover with an appropriate amount of red bean paste.

5. Tighten the mouth of the agent, and press it down slightly.

6. Take the red dough and roll it into thin slices, cut into long strips, or cut into wavy shapes with a wave knife.

7. Cut it into small pieces and use chopsticks to make it into a bow shape.

8. Dip a little bit of water and place it on the upper middle of the dough.

9. Take the yellow dough and roll it into thin slices. Use a round decorating nozzle or straw to cut out small dots.

10. Place them in the middle of the bow and the mouth respectively.

11. The black dough is the same as above, roll it out, and cut out the eyes with a round hole tool that is slightly larger than the mouth, and place them on both sides of the mouth, as shown in the picture.

12. Then use black dough to form thin beards, and rub some water on the dough to stick it on both sides, as shown in the picture. The embryo of Kitty cat is ready.

13. When the finished raw embryo is fermented to about 2 times its size, heat the steamer, brush the steamer with a layer of oil and put it in the raw material, steam for about 15-20 minutes after steaming, turn off the heat and open the lid of the pot. Make a small slit, stop for 3-5 minutes, and then fully open the steamer.

14. Isn't this kind of buns so cute?

Tips:

Dip a little water every time you put your expression on. Most of my fermented pastries use the one-time fermentation method, which saves time and effort.
