#trust之美#quail Egg Small Meatballs
1.
Prepare the main ingredients. Shredded green onion and ginger slices, soak in green onion ginger water, peel the carrots and wash
2.
Quail eggs cooked in cold water
3.
Cut the lean pork meat into thick slices (this time the amount of meat is a bit large, and there is still remaining in the end)
4.
Put the pork slices into the cooking cup, add 3 tablespoons of green onion and ginger
5.
Stir into a delicate mash
6.
Peel the steamed buns and cut them into fine pieces
7.
Take a large bowl, knock into the egg whites (the egg yolks are in another bowl for use), add starch, 2 tablespoons of water, minced steamed buns, salt, and mashed meat. Grab it with your hands and stir clockwise until there is resistance.
8.
Peel off the quail eggs and cut the carrots into thick slices (this time put water in the steamer, brush a little vegetable oil on the drawer, and then spread the carrot slices)
9.
Dip your hands in water, take a piece of meat paste into a round cake, press a small nest, and put the quail egg bag into a circle
10.
Put the meatballs on the carrot slices, cover them, and steam for 30 minutes
11.
Open the lid when it's steamed for 25 minutes, and brush a layer of egg yolk on the meatballs
12.
Steam it for another 5 minutes, and the egg liquid will solidify and you can open the lid and take it out of the pot. The small meatballs are steamed, sliced or eaten directly by the baby, and the bigger ones are eaten with tomato sauce. It is very good. The carrots are very soft and sweet after steaming, and they can be absorbed well with the meatballs.

Tips:
1 The amount of my ingredients is a bit large, so the baby eats and reduces the amount.
2 It is not recommended to omit the minced steamed buns in the mince, it is not greasy and better for digestion, the balls are not hard, and the staple food is also eaten
