Add a few slices of ginger and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine to the pork ribs in the pot with cold water.

Tips:
1. Ribs are the best choice for ribs. The ones that were frozen before I turned them out in the refrigerator were not used as ribs.
2. Use rock sugar to fry the sugar color, the color of the finished product will be more beautiful.
3. When the rice cake is cooked, it will be soft in a few minutes, so don't cook it for too long.
