Such a dish is very familiar to people living in the north. Pork belly, potatoes, and beans are stewed in a big pot, and two steamed buns are served by one person, and the whole family can eat beautifully around the pot. In the past, I used a ground pot at home. When you stew this dish, you can stew a big pot, not only potatoes, beans, pork belly, but also other ingredients. It is served in a small pot when it is out of the pot. A sharp pot of vegetables is placed in the middle of the table. The whole family eats beautifully, but it is not often eaten. After all, the meat was quite expensive at that time! But in that era, pork belly was cheaper than lean meat, unlike nowadays, good pork belly is much more expensive! Potatoes and beans are the ingredients harvested this season. Every October, the frequency of eating this dish at home increases. But my mother used to cook it for us, now I cook it for my family! Potatoes and beans are more suitable for long-simmering. This dish is made with pork belly, the most fragrant, slow simmering for an hour, the meat aroma is mixed into the potatoes and beans, I added some dried radish pickled by my mother, the taste is even better . 1. Cut pork belly with skin into pieces;

2. I added some pig skins separately, which are leftovers from my usual cooking;

3. In a pan under cold water, boil off the blood foam;

4. Remove and set aside, and cook the broth for use;

5. Heat up a wok, add cooking oil, and fry fragrant ginger slices;

6. Put the processed meat into it and stir fry;

7. Add light soy sauce and soy sauce and stir fry together for coloring;

8. Pour the boiled meat soup into the pot, bring it to a boil, change to medium and low heat and simmer;

9. Peel the potatoes, remove the gluten on both ends of the beans, and soak the dried radishes in water;

10. Cut the potatoes into pieces, break the beans into two pieces, and cut the dried radish into small pieces;

11. Dried radishes are more resistant to cooking, so you can put them in the pot first;

12. Continue to simmer for about 40 minutes on medium and low heat; (be sure to add enough water, if the water is not enough midway, be sure to heat the water)

13. After 40 minutes, the meat is almost simmered, and then put the processed potato pieces, beans, and garlic into the pot;

14. Stir fry, continue to simmer until the potatoes and beans are cooked, pay attention to stir fry halfway;

15. When the potatoes and beans are almost ready, put an appropriate amount of rock sugar in, one is to season, and the other is to help collect the juice; then they can be out of the pot;

16. The fragrant stewed pork belly with potatoes and beans is ready to serve. Such a large bowl will soon be wiped out! Standard meals!

17. Stew is particularly popular in the north. It may be because of the climate in the north. The weather is cold. Everyone wants to eat something warm. All kinds of ingredients are stewed in a pot. The whole family gathers together and eats with oil. Satisfy! Different kinds of ingredients are perfectly mixed in one pot to create a delicious, perhaps, this is the taste of home!

Tips:

I usually use boiled meat soup to remove the blood foam, and then take the clear soup and put it in the pot to stew the meat. It can also be replaced with hot boiled water.
