Chinese New Year is coming soon. I stock up some wontons to eat during the Chinese New Year. Today, the big wontons wrapped with sea rice and coriander are surprisingly delicious. For breakfast, cook a bowl of warm sea rice and coriander big wontons, which is very warm and happy~ (^_^)

[tuan Tuan Yuan Yuan] Wontons with Sea Rice and Coriander Stuffing

1. First prepare all the ingredients, wash the golden hook sea rice in advance and soak it for a while.

2. Wash the pork belly and cut it into small pieces with a knife, and chop the green onion and ginger.

3. Put the cut pork belly and green onion ginger into the meat grinder.

4. After starting the meat grinder, mince the pork belly into puree.

5. Put the minced meat into a larger container, add cooking wine and light soy sauce, pepper powder and appropriate amount of salt, and then add chicken essence to taste.

6. Mix all the ingredients and seasonings and stir well.

7. At this time, put the soaked golden gouhai rice into the pork filling.

8. After mixing well, add the chopped coriander.

9. Add lard and sesame oil at this time.

10. Stir all the ingredients evenly.

11. It’s time to start wrapping wontons. I’m lazy today and bought wonton wrappers.

12. Spread a little water around the wonton wrapper so that the wrapped wonton will not show the filling when it is cooked, and put an appropriate amount of filling on the wonton wrapper.

13. Fold the wonton wrapper in half and press the surrounding circle tightly, as shown in the picture.

14. Then pinch both sides tightly. As shown

15. Wrap all the wontons one by one.

16. Add water to the pot, boil the wontons, and cook them.

Tips:

I pack a lot every time, put it in the freezer for quick freezing, take it out and cook it whenever I want to eat, it's very convenient and quick...
