Tube Bone Soup

When buying the tube bones, let the meat buyer chop them into small pieces, and clean the bought tube bones.

Put a proper amount of cooking wine in the wok and bring it to a boil. Put the cooking wine in to remove the fishy bones.

Put the tube bones in the pot to remove the blood water, take out the tube bones that are good enough, and wash the blood particles on the top with clean water
