Tujia Fried Pork

1. Cut the sauerkraut into sections and rinse with water.

2. Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger and green pepper into sections

3. Heat up a little oil in the pan, pour the sliced pork belly, stir fry the fried pork belly and spit oil

4. Add scallions, ginger slices, green peppers and Laoganma flavored tempeh. This tempeh is easier to use. It contains tempeh and chili sauce. stir fry

5. Add sauerkraut and stock and simmer for five minutes. The sauerkraut itself has a salty taste, so be careful when adding salt.

6. Pick up the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onions

Tips:

This sauerkraut does not need to be soaked, just wash it with water.
