Tuna and Laver Rice

1. Set of pickled radish and burdock for sushi;

2. Shred carrots;

3. Chopped green onions;

4. Beat the eggs with a little salt and spread them on both sides of a pan;

5. Spread the eggs, roll up and cut into strips;

6. Stir-fried shallots;

7. Stir-fry the carrots, add a little salt, and sauté with less water, otherwise it will be too dry;

8. Put a small amount of salt, sesame oil, and cooked sesame seeds in the rice and mix well;

9. Too much sesame oil will make it greasy;
