I personally like Korean food, so I always research at home~

Tuna and Laver Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients to be used, wash cucumbers and carrots and set aside~

2. Add sushi vinegar, sesame oil, salt, sugar, and sesame oil to the rice and mix well. Let cool for later use.

3. Heat oil in the pot and spread the egg cakes~

4. Stir-fry the shredded carrots with the oil of the omelet, add a little salt, then turn off the heat, add a little sesame seeds, and continue to stir fry with the remaining heat. Then let cool and set aside

5. I bought tuna in oil. After opening the lid, pour out the oil. Just the fish part.

6. Use a spoon to press the mixed and cooled rice on the seaweed. Be careful not to be too thick, but to be even.

7. Before rolling the accessories, evenly spread a little salt on the cucumber strips, then put ham sausage, egg strips, carrots, yellow radish strips, tuna meat, unrolling~

8. As far as possible without destroying the integrity of the seaweed rolls, the rolls should be vigorously rolled to prevent them from falling apart.

9. When cutting, put a little bit of sesame oil on the top and don't stick the knife. Then sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and you're done. Isn't it easy?
