Tuna Cheese Baked Potato Paste
1.
Choose potatoes first. The potatoes should not be too thick. Choose a bit flatter. Wash the potatoes without peeling them, and then cut the potatoes in half from the middle. Spread a little salt evenly on the surface of the potatoes.
2.
Then put it in a steamer, the potato skin side is best covered with kitchen paper or it will be easy to peel. Depending on the size of the potatoes, steam them to a slightly harder state than mashed potatoes, about 15-20 minutes. Potatoes get bigger and take longer.
3.
When steaming potatoes, prepare the above ingredients. First of all, I used the canned tuna bought in the supermarket, which is sold in imported food. About a whole can can make two halves of potatoes. Tuna is tuna. Crush the tuna with a spoon, stir in a little Thousand Island dressing or salad dressing, and mix into a paste.
4.
I have prepared the cheese baked with mashed potatoes, buy the cheese slices, freeze them in the refrigerator, freeze them hard, and quickly cut them into shreds before thawing. Take out the steamed potatoes and put them in the salad tuna paste, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top and wrap them in tin foil.
5.
Put it in an electric oven and bake it at about 120 degrees (my electric oven can't adjust the temperature, only this degree). After about 15-18 minutes, the cheese on the surface is slightly burnt and you can take it out and start eating.
