I woke up early on the weekend and I was very hungry. After looking through the refrigerator for a long time, I couldn’t find anything to eat. I made kimchi fried rice with some small ingredients available at home. This is also a common fried rice in Korea. Simple and delicious~

Tuna Kimchi Fried Rice

1. Korean kimchi. Canned tuna. Rice. Egg

2. First of all, add a little cooking oil to the hot pan to fry a beautiful egg. The degree of cookedness of the egg can be determined according to your own preference ~ put the fried egg aside for later use.

3. Add the tuna in a hot pan and sauté until fragrant for 1 minute.

4. Then add the kimchi.

5. Stir kimchi and tuna until fragrant, add a little sesame oil and chili powder to increase the flavor and color.

6. Finally, add white rice and stir well.

Tips:

Friends who don't like tuna can replace it with luncheon meat.
