Tuna Pasta Salad

Find a small box or bottle that can be sealed

Pour olive oil, mustard seed sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar (2:1:1:1), salt and black pepper into a small box

Cover the lid and shake well to make the sauce emulsify

Cut carrots, red cabbage, and sweet pepper into shreds, and shred lettuce

Add canned tuna

Boil a pot of water, (pasta: water=1:15 or 1:17), put in the cauliflower first, and cook for 30 seconds-1 minute. If you want a crisp taste, you can put it in ice water to cool after removing it and drain it for later use. .

Pour 1% of the water's weight of salt into the water and start cooking the pasta. The time is as recommended on the packaging bag. Drain and set aside.
