This potato ball is made with the new generation air fryer of Liren, the prize of the last gourmet walnut creative competition.
Therefore, following Gourmet Jie, not only will there be delicious food, but you will also receive unexpected surprises.
I have been fond of this artifact for a long time, so I am very motivated to compete. Haha, after the arrival of the goods, I started practicing non-stop.
Because of the experiment, the low-fat version made this time is completely oil-free. It is heated purely with air and no oil is added. The shell of the finished product has a crispy texture similar to that of deep-frying, which is amazing. Therefore, you should try more when dealing with new things. Surprises may happen at any time. We can count on this fun and healthy fryer for our future fried chicken wings with French fries.

Tuna Potato Balls

1. First peel and slice the potatoes, then cook or steam them until they can be pierced through with chopsticks

2. Use one end of a rolling pin to mash the potatoes

3. Cut the onion into cubes

4. Canned tuna take 1/3 of the fish meat and cut into cubes

5. First mix the diced onion with the mashed potatoes

6. Mix in the diced tuna. Sprinkle in a small amount of salt and black pepper and mix well. You can adjust the taste for saltiness. Then stir well

7. Take about 20 grams of the mashed potato mixture and knead it into a ball

8. Prepare egg liquid breadcrumbs and plain flour

9. Put the potato balls in the flour and roll them, and evenly dip them in the flour

10. Roll it in the egg liquid again. Dip a layer of bread crumbs on it.

11. Then put the potato balls in the air fryer, select the skewer mode + turn on the flip mode, and you can eat it after the mode is over

12. This is the fried look, which looks more like fried

Tips:

1. The air fryer uses high-speed air circulation technology to form a crispy skin on the food surface. Compared with traditional fried foods, the fat content can be reduced up to 80%. Therefore, if you fry foods that contain fat, such as chicken wings, chicken legs, pork belly, squid, etc., you don't need to brush the oil;
2. If the food is fried without oil, it is recommended to brush the surface with a little oil, which tastes better. I didn’t use a little oil on this potato, so the texture of the shell is a bit dry. If you want to taste better and crisper, you can apply some salad oil on the surface;
3. If you don't have an air fryer, you can also wrap the potato balls in bread crumbs and fry them directly in oil until they are golden brown.
