Tuna Quinoa Rice Balls

                                Soak the rice, glutinous rice, and quinoa in water for more than 4 hours,

                                After soaking the rice, put it in a rice cooker and steam for 30 minutes.

                                Take a section of carrots, cut into small dices, put them in a pot, add some salt and fry until soft,

                                Add carrots and two spoons of sushi vinegar to the steamed rice while it’s hot.

                                Mix the rice with a spoon,

                                Take a fresh-keeping bag and put it in your hand, put two spoons of rice, spread it out, put a little tuna, and then take some rice to cover it.

                                Push the rice to the bottom of the fresh-keeping bag and squeeze it into a ball. The fresh-keeping bag should be as tight as possible so that the rice will not fall apart.
